Hello my reader! Do you know something or someone from uzbek literature? Oh you do not know?! You should know how colorful and creative is our literature.

This blog is about one of the most famous writer of uzbek literature - Tohir Malik.

Tohir Malik is author of "World of Demons", "Sky", "Golden rat" , "Corpses do not speak" and etc. Have you heard about one of them? I think about " World of Demons"! Right?! This novel became as a bestseller around the Asia. Of course, translated into several world languages. For instance, english, russian, karakalpak, kazak and tajik languages.

Tohir Malik was born in 1946 on 27th of December. I should say if he will alive his age will be at 73. He was little child in his family, during his childhood he was learning everything with his brothers and sisters as they were studying at school earlier than him. Although his uncle impacted to him, cause of his uncle also was a writer . Did you hear about "Fergana till sun rises" ? It was written by Ismoiliy Mirzakalon - uncle of the Tohir Malik.So he really effected to his literature interest.

I should say why his nick name is "Tohir Malik" , because his  full name is Tohir Abdumalikovich Xabilov, he just shortened his name.

I really like his novel "World of Demons" in uzbek its "Shaytanat". Do you know that firstly he decided to write trilogy , but fans begged him to write contuining of "World of Demons" .After his death his grandchildren made a publishing house of his name.
